Madison Industries to acquire AFPRO Filters.

Madison Industries, which produces a complete line of metal products and structures from simple architectural elements to complete turnkey transportable buildings, agreed to acquire AFPRO Filters, an innovator of high-end, energy-efficient, air filters. Financial terms were not disclosed. The addition of AFPRO’s vertically integrated production capabilities will allow Madison to expand its global presence and further enhance its portfolio of world class filtration solutions for its customers.
