Cox Automotive, a provider of vehicle remarketing, digital marketing, and software solutions, completed the acquisition of Dickinson Fleet Services, a mobile maintenance provider for medium and heavy-duty trucks and trailers in North America, from Ridgemont Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
