Accel-KKR-backed Smart Communications completed the acquisition of Assentis Technologies.

Accel-KKR-backed Smart Communications, a developer of a customer conversations management platform, completed the acquisition of Assentis Technologies, a developer of customer communication management software products for the financial services industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are poised to incorporate Assentis’ wealth of knowledge and capabilities in financial services into Smart Communications.
