BC Partners to acquire Vitaldent from JB Capital.

BC Partners, a private equity investment firm, agreed to acquire Vitaldent, a network of dental care clinics, from JB Capital, an independent provider of financial services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re glad that Vitaldent is joining the leading dental group in Italy and we’re sure that the combined experience of the two groups will lead to enormous benefits – first and foremost for patients, but also for co-workers and dentists,” Rafal Garabito, JB Capital Managing Director.
