GS Foods Group to acquire Hayes Distributing.

GS Foods Group, a family of specialized food distribution companies owned by Highview Capital and A&M Capital Partners, agreed to acquire Hayes Distributing, a provider of a wide range of products to schools and vending companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Operating for over three decades, Hayes Distributing has local experience and credibility few companies can match.
