Aterian Investment Partners-backed Pioneer Metal Finishing completed the acquisition of Indianhead Plating.

Aterian Investment Partners-backed Pioneer Metal Finishing, a provider of metal finishing solutions, completed the acquisition of Indianhead Plating, a chrome plating provider in the Upper Midwest. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is great to be partnering with the Indianhead team. They have built a great business that builds upon Pioneer's strategy to add additional processes and capabilities across our North America footprint," Daniel Krasnow, Aterian Principal.
