CAPZA to acquire a minority stake in Ynov Group.

CAPZA, a European private investment platform, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Ynov Group, an operator of campuses providing bachelor's and master's degrees for digital professions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to participate in this new phase of Ynov’s development, led by a team that has proven itself and contributed to the Group’s current success.
