CAMS, a privately held company providing a full range of services in the energy sector, completed the acquisition of the solar operations and maintenance business of Belectric, a solar power company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to grow our regional presence in the solar power industry. The purchase of Belectric compliments and further strengthens our existing capabilities and markets in the power generation industry.
