The Rise Fund completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Element Markets.

The Rise Fund, a global impact investing platform managed by alternative asset firm TPG, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Element Markets, the independent marketer of renewable natural gas and environmental commodities in North America.
