Modera Wealth Management, an asset management firm, completed the merger with Independence Advisors, a wealth management firm. The combined company now operates under Modera Wealth Management name. Financial terms were not disclosed. TRIA Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed a minority investment in the combined entity.
