Clearview Capital completed the acquisition of MBI Industrial Medicine.

Clearview Capital, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of MBI Industrial Medicine, a provider of occupational injury care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our team is very excited to partner with Clearview Capital. We were looking for a partner who could help us to accelerate our expansion in both existing and new geographies, and Clearview’s demonstrated track record of growing multi-site businesses both organically and through acquisition really appealed to us. We were also drawn to their investment style and approach to partner- ship,” Brian O’Hayre, MBI Chief Executive Officer.
