Beacon Pointe completed the acquisition of CDA Group and Essex.

Beacon Pointe Advisors, an independent comprehensive wealth advisory firm, completed the acquisition of CDA Group and Essex Wealth Management, two wealth management firms with $510m and $110m AUM, respectively.
