BancorpSouth Bank completed the acquisition of FNS Bancshares for $108m.

BancorpSouth Bank, a bank holding company headquartered in Tupelo, Mississippi, completed the acquisition of FNS Bancshares, the parent company of FNB Bank, for $108m. "The completion of this merger is a great accomplishment for our organization.
