Qualcomm completed the acquisition of NUVIA for $1.4bn.

Qualcomm, which creates intellectual property, semiconductors, software, and services related to wireless technology, completed the acquisition of NUVIA, a silicon design company, for $1.4bn. "5G, the convergence of computing and mobile architectures, and the expansion of mobile technologies into other industries are significant opportunities for Qualcomm.
