Corestate Capital Holding completed the acquisition of Aggregate Financial Services for €113m.

Corestate Capital Holding, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of Aggregate Financial Services, a debt financing platform and fully licensed securities trading bank, for €113m. The acquisition is conducted via a capital increase against contribution-in-kind by issuance of 8.5m new shares and €5m in cash consideration.
