Tages Capital completed the acquisition of 28 PV plants from Viridis and Equiter for €19m.

Tages Capital, an international asset management group, completed the acquisition of 12 PV plants from Viridis, an independent power producer, and 16 PV plants from Equiter, a manager of photovoltaic plants, for €19m ($22m). The acquisition allows Tages to exploit important synergies and economies of scale in the Emilia Romagna and Marche area.
