BlackFin Capital Partners and GFP Gestion to acquire Cetim form APRIL Group.

BlackFin Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Cetim, a provider of insurance services, form APRIL Group, a provider of insurance services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
