Longway Services to acquire Zhuhai Holdings Investments Group.

Longway Services, an investment holding company, agreed to acquire Zhuhai Holdings Investments Group, a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in port businesses and the distribution of fuel oil. Financial terms were not disclosed.
