CBRE to acquire Casa Distribution Centre from Domus Logistics for €56m.

CBRE, a global real assets investment management firm, agreed to acquire Casa Distribution Centre, a large warehouse in Olen, from Domus Logistics, a transportation, trucking and railroad company, for €56m. “There is limited available product in this area making this a rare investment opportunity. Benefitting from strong logistics market fundamentals and structural undersupply in the Antwerp submarket, the asset will also provide a secure income stream.
