MidOcean Partners completed the acquisition of LYNX Franchising.

MidOcean Partners, an American private equity firm specializing in leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth capital investments in middle-market companies, completed the acquisition of LYNX Franchising, a multi-brand franchise platform focused on B2B services offering commercial cleaning, fabrics and electronics restoration.
