InfraRed Capital Partners, a real estate investment company, completed the acquisition of UK urban logistics portfolio from NW1 Partners, a financing advisory firm, and Marchmont Investment Management, an investor focussing on delivering absolute and risk-adjusted returns, for $70m. “Over the past year, the Covid-19 pandemic has undoubtedly accelerated changes in consumer shopping habits; driving the trend towards e-commerce related industrial space.
