Coinbase to acquire Bison Trails.

Coinbase, a crypto currency trading platform, agreed to acquire Bison Trails, a fully managed blockchain infrastructure services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. By joining forces, Coinbase aims to bring the advanced technology that the Bison Trails team has developed—and continues to develop—to more projects and more companies around the world.
