Softline Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Embee Software.

Softline Group, a global provider of IT solutions and services, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Embee Software, a digital transformation service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Softline continues to focus on global business development. We are already present in 50 countries worldwide.
