H.I.G. Capital completed the acquisition of Continental Batteries from Incline Equity Partners.

H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of Continental Batteries, a distributor of aftermarket batteries to the electric utility vehicle, automotive, commercial, marine and industrial markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
