Cellnex Netherlands to merge with T-Mobile Infra in a $303m deal.

Cellnex Netherlands, a Dutch telecommunications service provider, agreed to merge with T-Mobile Infra, a Dutch mobile communications infrastructure subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, a German telecommunications company, in a $303m deal. “The agreement with Cellnex underlines the high value of passive mobile infrastructure. We are creating a leading tower company in the Netherlands, which should unlock synergies and accelerate our 5G rollout," Tim Hottges, Deutsche Telekom CEO.
