Cellnex Netherlands, a Dutch telecommunications service provider, agreed to merge with T-Mobile Infra, a Dutch mobile communications infrastructure subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, a German telecommunications company, in a $303m deal. “The agreement with Cellnex underlines the high value of passive mobile infrastructure.
