Moneta Money Bank to acquire Air Bank, Home Credit, Benxy and Home Credit Slovakia from PPF for $1.1bn.

Moneta Money Bank, a commercial bank, to acquire financial services companies located in Slovakia and Czech Republic including Air Bank, Home Credit, Benxy and Home Credit Slovakia from PPF, an international financial and investment group, for $1.1bn. PPF offered Money Bank to purchase companies in a share-for-share exchange. If the deal is successful, the two banks would be merged.
