One Rock Capital Partners-backed GPD Companies completed the acquisition of Distrupol from Univar Solutions.

One Rock Capital Partners-backed GPD Companies, a holding company, completed the acquisition of Distrupol, a subsidiary of Univar Solutions, an European distributor of thermoplastics to the polymer processing industry. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2021.
