Eni Gas e Luce to acquire Aldro Energía from Grupo Pitma.

Eni Gas e Luce, a provider of gas, power and energy solutions, agreed to acquire Aldro Energía, a provider of gas and energy efficiency solutions, from Grupo Pitma. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition allows Eni gas and luce to expand its presence in the European market, which will be fundamental in the development strategy of its activities. The company aims to increase its portfolio, reaching 11m customers in 2023 to offer not only gas and electricity, but the whole range of services related to home and energy," Alberto Chiarini, Eni Gas e Luce CEO.
