Cremosa Food and New Cremflora to acquire Ferraro Foods.

Cremosa Food and New Cremflora, full-line food distributors, agreed to acquire Ferraro Foods, an Italian foodservice distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. Together, they optimized Cremosa’s product offerings and expanded their line of exclusive brands.
