Crescent Cardboard Company, a provider of high-quality paper and board products, completed the acquisition of Nielsen Bainbridge, a building materials provider, from NBG Home, a home decor product retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an exciting opportunity for Crescent Brands to strengthen and expand the products of both Crescent and Nielsen Bainbridge.
