Atrys Health completed the acquisition of Aspy for $252m.

Atrys Health, a provider of precision medical prediction, prevention, diagnosis and treatment services, completed the acquisition of Aspy, a provider of healthcare facilities, for $252m. As per terms of transaction, Atrys Health will pay $3.25 for each share of Aspy Global Services or the exchange of 3.147826 Aspy shares for a newly issued Atrys security.
