Pinova Capital, an independent private equity firm, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Ecoroll, a provider of tools and machinery for surface finishing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Dr. Röttger has positioned Ecoroll as a market leader in the mechanical surface treatment segment and thus embarked on a sustainable growth path. Together with Dr. Röttger, we want to drive growth in partnership and further develop Ecoroll into an international full-range supplier for mechanical surface finishing.
