Alder Fund-backed Autocirc, a distributor of sustainable spare parts, completed the acquisiton of Jämtlands Bildemontering, a company that recovers spare parts and resources from end-of-life vehicles, and JBD Förvaltning, a real estate company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
