AgEagle Aerial completed the acquisition of MicaSense from Parrot for $23m.

AgEagle Aerial, a drone systems and solutions provider, completed the acquisition of MicaSense, a multispectral sensor development company, from Parrot, a drone group, for $23m. "MicaSense’s industry-leading solutions, along with the cultural alignment of our two organizations, will allow AgEagle to continue emerging as a dominant player in the commercial drone industry.
