Capital Croissance completed the investment in Smart AdServer.

Capital Croissance, an investment company, completed the investment in Smart AdServer, an independent ad tech platform. Cathay Capital will retain a minority stake in the company. Idinvest and Adelie Capital also joined the funding round.
