Tailwater Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire integrated oil and gas companies Tall Oak Midstream II and Tall Oak Midstream III from EnCap Flatrock Midstream, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These transactions are the next logical step in both Tailwater and Connect Midstream's long-term Arkoma STACK consolidation and growth strategy and will significantly expand our footprint and processing capacity in the liquids-rich Arkoma Basin.
