Rabobank completed the acquisition of 34% stake in ZorgDomein from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners

Rabobank, a full-range financial services provider, completed the acquisition of 34% stake in ZorgDomein, a provider of smart digital solutions to facilitate communication between health care providers, from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Given our central position, every innovation has significant consequences for healthcare. An organization with a more publicly embedded governance that is in constant dialogue with the field fits in with this. ZorgDomein is therefore implementing changes in both ownership and governance," Dick Gorris, ZorgDomein CEO.
