Beach Energy to acquire Bass basin assets from Mitsui.

Beach Energy, an oil and natural gas, exploration and production company, agreed to acquire Bass basin assets from Mitsui, a company operating in energy, machinery, chemicals, food, textile, logistics, finance industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The transaction paves the way for Beach to progress the Trefoil development, where Beach plans to reach a decision in relation to front end engineering design during FY21,” Beach Energy.
