Turn/River Capital completed an investment in ActiveState Software.

Turn/River Capital, a private equity firm, completed an investment in ActiveState Software, a software developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment will accelerate product development and market expansion for ActiveState’s unique software dependency, build, and risk management platform. “We’re thrilled to join with Turn/River.
