Ceridian, an American provider of human resources software and services, completed the acquisition of Ascender, a payroll and HR solutions provider, from private equity firms Potentia Capital and Five V Capital, for $499m. “The combination of Ascender with Ceridian will be tremendous news for our employees, customers, and partners, who will benefit from Ceridian’s global scale and award-winning Dayforce platform.
