Demant-backed Audika Spain completed the acquisition of Audifon.

Demant-backed Audika Spain, a hearing healthcare group, completed the acquisition of Audifon, a Spain-based provider of hearing systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This operation is part of our growth and expansion plan at the national level within Audika's positioning strategy in the hearing market" and adds: "aware of the exclusive technology with what we have and the benefit it can have on hearing health, people's well-being and the improvement of their quality of life, we are working to reach more areas and thus help more people to hear better," David Ruiz, Audika CEO.
