S4 Capital-backed MightyHive, a data and digital media consultancy, completed the acquisition of Datalicious, a data and analytics consultancy, from Equifax. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome the Datalicious staff and clients to S4Capital and further expand our Data and Digital Media practice in the crucial Asia Pacific region.
