Navigator Global completed the acquisition of portfolio of strategic investments from Neuberger Berman-backed Dyal Capital Partners.

Navigator Global, a diversified asset management holding company, completed the acquisition of portfolio of strategic investments from Neuberger Berman-backed Dyal Capital Partners, a US-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction results in a larger Navigator group with a more diversified earnings profile. Continued growth through strategic acquisition remains a key focus and we have preserved a strong balance sheet to pursue additional opportunities," Michael Shepherd, Navigator Chairman.
