VERSO Capital, the global merchant banking firm headquartered in Luxembourg, completed the merger with ALDINI Capital, a Swiss alternative asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction extends the combined firm's offering into venture capital investments and merchant banking advisory services.
