Windjammer Capital to invest in IPS Group.

Windjammer Capital, a national private equity investment firm, is set to invest in IPS Group, a design, engineering and manufacturing company focused on low-power wireless telecommunications, payment processing systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “IPS represents a very attractive investment opportunity for Windjammer, embodying the key characteristics we look for in new platform companies, including market leadership, a mission-critical product offering that delivers a proven value proposition to its customers, a scalable business with identifiable growth opportunities and a strong management team.
