LeBaronBrown Industries to acquire a majority stake in NPS Towel & Tissue Division.

LeBaronBrown Industries, a private investment firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in NPS Towel & Tissue Division, a towel & tissue and specialty packaging converter.
