Eternis, a manufacturer of aroma chemical products, completed the acquisition of Tennants Fine Chemicals, a global supplier of liquid chemicals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This large independent, high-end manufacturer enhances our business and brings with it many strategic advantages. We will have established operations in Europe, Asia and the USA, and the ability to service our customers from stock hubs and partners. The combined product will position us well for further growth," Rajen Mariwala, Eternis Managing Director.
