InfuSystem to acquire FilAMed.
Synopsis
InfuSystem, a national health care service provider, agreed to acquire FilAMed, a privately held biomedical services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased with the synergistic acquisition of FilAMed, as we execute on our strategic growth initiative to grow our two operating platforms – Integrated Therapy Services and Durable Medical Equipment Services," Richard DiIorio, InfuSystem CEO.
