Kinetic completed the acquisition of Greyhound Resources.

Kinetic, an Australian-based public transport company, completed the acquisition of Greyhound Resources, an operator of bus services for the resources sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will bolster Kinetic’s existing capabilities keeping major industries moving, which already includes delivering highly contracted specialist busing solutions for aviation and government departments and authorities.
