3i completed a $71m investment in MAIT Group.

3i, a multinational investor focused on mid-market private equity and infrastructure, completed a $71m investment in MAIT Group, a provider of innovative and pioneering digital solutions in the DACH region. Findos Investor exits the investment. “MAIT is uniquely positioned at the intersection of PLM, ERP and managed IT services and has significant penetration growth potential, as well as multiple strategic M&A opportunities in a highly fragmented market.
